About ByteAI

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Business Development Associate to join our team and help us expand our footprint in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, outreach, and marketing campaigns.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong connections with prospects, positioning ByteAI as a trusted partner.
  • Call Setup: Schedule qualified prospect (QP) calls with senior business development and sales leaders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams, leveraging ByteAI’s tools and playbooks to drive outreach effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Track outreach progress, maintain CRM updates, and provide regular reports on lead conversion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or business-related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
  • Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools is a plus (training will be provided).

Additional Details

  • This is a remote, contract-based position.
  • Preferred working hours align with the U.S. timezone, up to 12:00 PM EST.
  • Base salary: INR 16,000, with a 20% increment every six months.
  • Commission: One-time payment of 2% of the deal size for any signed contract.
  • Commission payout schedule: For deals below USD 500,000, commissions are paid after 6 months; for deals of USD 500,000 or more, commissions are paid after 12 months.
  • Illustrative example: A deal worth USD 100,000 yields a commission of INR 160,000. A deal worth USD 500,000 yields a commission of INR 800,000.
  • Responsibilities: The candidate will focus on lead generation and scheduling sales calls with the U.S. team. Closing the sale is not required; however, the 2% commission will still be awarded if the sale is completed.
  • Note: No benefits (health, retirement, etc.) are provided during the first year of engagement.
  • Growth Opportunity: This role offers significant earning potential through commissions, structured salary increments, and direct exposure to international markets. Successful candidates can expect career advancement and increased responsibilities as the company expands.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Below text serves as a suggestion and doesn’t engage Odoo S.A. responsibility.

  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, ByteAI reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. ByteAI will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, ByteAI reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  4. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can ByteAI become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to ByteAI in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
  5. ByteAI undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. ByteAI cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  6. In order for it to be admissible, ByteAI must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law.
